Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical parts, equipment and systems in gear boxes, pumps, motors, etc.
- Maintain healthy condition of sewage treatment plant and its trouble shooting.
- RO water plant operation and maintenance.
- Updating of daily records like water, fuel and electrical consumption in computer.
- Adhere to DG & fire system daily, weekly & monthly inspection.
- Month fire extinguishers checking and updating of history cards.
- Read and interpret work orders, safety rules, mechanical works support.
- Follow work permit system & operating and maintenance instructions.
- Working knowledge of IS standards, OSHA and standard industry safety rules/regulations.
- Perform prescribed Preventative Maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, document all work performed appropriately.
- Assist in maintaining parts and supplies inventory by reporting low supply levels to executive.
- Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Adhere to good housekeeping practices.
- Knowledge on fire hydrant system and its maintenance.
- Must be able to use measuring tools like distance meter, tacho meter, etc..
- Inspect mechanical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- 3 to 4 years work experience in process industry or relevant experience and or/ training that includes repair, and maintenance of equipment.
- Minimum knowledge on fire alarm, fire hydrant system.
- Minimum knowledge on LPG storage system.
- Ability to create SOPs for seed process machinery or equipment.
- Ability to speak effectively with employees of organization.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
