**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and design eye-catching graphics for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and client projects.
- Develop visual concepts, illustrations, logos, and layouts that align with the brand's identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive designs that meet project goals.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Optimize designs for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and print.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with Figma and Canva.

**Desired Experience**:

- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably for marketing or digital content.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and websites.

**CTC**: ₹2,40,000 per year (₹20,000 per month)
