**Job Title**: Academic Counselor
**Location**: MG Road, Bangalore
**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000/month
**Shift**: Day Shift

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Academic Counselor to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic counseling to students and guide them in selecting appropriate courses, programs, and career paths.
- Understand individual student needs and help them make informed decisions about their education.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions, assess academic progress, and provide customized solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to ensure students receive the necessary academic support.
- Assist with the admission process by addressing student inquiries and providing guidance on enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduation is mandatory.
- **Experience**: Relevant experience in academic counseling or education-related roles is **mandatory**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle student queries efficiently.
- Knowledge of the educational landscape and career options available to students.
