**Role description**:
At Arcadis IBI, The NOC expert will primarily oversee the implementation and operation of Network Management Systems (NMS), Element Management Systems (EMS), and Operational Support Systems (OSS) at the State NOC. He/she will ensure efficient network monitoring, fault management, and performance optimization.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of GPON/ IP-MPLS equipment at project locations.
- Ensure seamless integration with BSNL infrastructure and validate device performance.
- Coordinate with S-NOC and C-NOC teams for system reachability and monitoring.
- Conduct site acceptance tests and prepare relevant technical documentation.
- Resolve technical issues through onsite/offsite support.
- Maintain detailed network documentation including topologies and configurations.
- Ensure adherence to network security and project compliance standards.
- Collaborate with vendors/OEMs for escalations and issue resolution.
- Support junior technical staff and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- BE/BTech/ MCA in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical & Electronics or equivalent recognized by AICTE/UGC/Ministry of HRD.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in:

- Installation, configuration, and testing of GPON/ IP-MPLS equipment.
- Site-level deployment and integration of network devices.
- Troubleshooting network issues and ensuring system uptime.
- Hands-on expertise in end-to-end configuration validation and ensuring connectivity to S-NOC and C-NOC for centralized monitoring.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level networks and multi-vendor environments.
- Professional Experience of at least 6 years in implementation & operations, maintenance.
