
Marketing and Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct cold calls and visits to initiate contact with potential customers.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products/services and address customer needs.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to offer customized solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to close sales deals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue growth.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to changing business conditions and priorities.
- Continuously update knowledge of products/services and industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary Range: - Between 1.8 to 2.5LPA
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Shift:
- Day shift
Travel requirement:
- Up to 50% travel
- Up to 70% travel
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
