**Responsibilities**:

- Processing daily employee claims:

- Ascertain that the claim approvals are in accordance with the company’s norms.
- Review the incoming claims compliance, ensuring they are submitted in a manner that is compliant with company standards, including the validation and checking of the completeness of the attached receipts.
- Prepare general journals, including GST and TDS.
- Prepare claim payment.
- Act as the focal contact point for Employees with inquiries on their claim status and issues, effectively communicating to the employee the claim process and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner in order to avoid disruption in service and to build a mutually beneficial relationship.
- Maintain the tracking for recurring employee claims and follow up on the missing claims.
- Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes:

- Monthly prepaid amortization schedule and journal
- Monthly fixed assist schedule and depreciation schedule.
- Prepare currency evaluation.
- Monthly Payroll entry and payment
- Monthly petty cash entry and payment
- Quarterly employee claim accrual
- Quarterly Virtual Share process
- Maintain & prepare schedules tracking various costs, projects to support monthly journal entries and ensure accurate account balances each month.
- Other assignments relating to analysis of business and finance, from time to time.
- Liaising with and collaborating with external auditors and consultancy.
- Investigate anomalies identified to determine root causes and implement solutions to improve process.
- Support other Finance & BUs by performing locally required functions such as filings, office management, local collections, banking, etc.

Minimum requirements
- **Bachelors in accounting**:

- **Must from Construction or Manufacturing Industry.**:

- **2-3 years accounting or finance experience**:

- Strong local tax/audit regulation and IFRS. Hands-on/relevant working experience in a finance operating environment.
- Strong Microsoft office and Microsoft Excel skills
- Maintain professional and effective communication with different departments within the company to collect the necessary information in a timely matter.
- Positive and result driven. Good sense of logic and analytical thinking and a good team player.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet the tight deadline.
- Interest to learn and grow with the organization’s roles and responsibilities.
- Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects in a proactive manner.
- Ability to work in flexible time.
- Ability to work independently.

Preferred requirement:

- Experience in Business Centre and Microsoft dynamics
- Multinational companies experience is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
