**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Develop and maintain brand identity elements such as logos, icons, and color palettes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with marketing goals and brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective designs.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

**Video Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos, integrating graphics, motion design, sound effects, and music.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure the videos align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Optimize videos for various platforms, adjusting formats and aspect ratios to meet platform specifications.
- Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools to create high-quality video content.
- Ensure videos are aligned with the brand’s visual style and tone.

**Collaboration & Content Optimization**:

- Work closely with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and consistent multimedia content across all platforms.
- Create storyboards and shot lists for video projects and collaborate on pre-production tasks, including content planning and asset preparation.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Maintain and organize video and design assets to ensure efficient workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing and graphic design tools.
- Stay informed on best practices for both video content optimization and graphic design techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer and video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and video projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant video editing and design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, video editing techniques, and visual storytelling.
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to adapt to different project requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
