**Core responsibilities**:

- Part of the core analytics team responsible to drive end-to-end analytics led projects at clients and delivering to the scope of work with high quality and within defined timelines
- Hands-on execution responsibilities on analytics relevant projects across various domains including data transformation, developing cutting-edge analytics solutions, data visualization and dash-boarding
- Driving Innovation and gain insights through audit analytics in the audit risk areas
- Providing insights and recommendations using visualisations to tell impactful and influential stories to key stakeholders
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data flow, data points, and advise on how they can be leverage in the design of data analytical solution
- Interact with client stakeholders as necessary to deliver to analytics mandates. Actively participate in discovery sessions, review meetings, assessment interviews etc
- Manage a team of analysts and consultants, monitor their work, debug issues, correct issues, provide feedback, manage issues, mentor and coach the team
- Design and develop visually compelling dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholder

**Skills**:

- Foundational understanding of business processes, business and process risks, internal controls
- Ability to conceptualize analytics-driven solutions for targeted outcomes
- Experienced in driving customer/ client projects of a similar nature
- Ability to do two or more of the following:

- Data transformation - extraction, cleaning, loading, including transforming/ summarizing data for further analysis
- Analytical Routines - write complex analytical scripts, code routines for automating audit procedures
- Modelling - advanced modelling for data exploration, insight generation or predicting outcomes
- Visualization - Conceptualize, design and publish informative, intuitive and insightful visualizations

**Technical Qualifications, Certifications**:

- Preferred Post Graduates M. Com\ MSc (IT)\ MBA (IT)\ BE
- 3 - 5 years of experience in related field of Business Analytics/Control Analytics/Risk Analytics
- Hands on experience across tools and technology

**Must have: Any two of**:

- ACL/SQL/VBA
- PowerBi/Tableau
- R/Python
- Alteryx

**Good to have**:

- Consulting experience (Big 6)
- Understanding of ERPs (SAP\ JDE\ Oracle\ Concur etc.) - Functional side
- Have worked on data analytics support work either as tool implementation, automation of control or MIS development.
