Multimedia Designer

Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer, your role is to create visually compelling and impactful designs that communicate messages, evoke emotions, and align with the brand identity of the company or clients you work with. You will be responsible for translating concepts into captivating designs across various mediums, such as print, digital, and social media. Your goal is to produce high-quality visual assets that effectively convey information and engage the target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
Design Creation:Develop creative and innovative design concepts based on project briefs and client requirements.
Design and produce various marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, flyers, banners, infographics, social media graphics, and other visual materials.
Create visually appealing layouts and compositions using typography, color schemes, imagery, and graphic elements.

Branding and Identity:Understand and adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all design work.
Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and visual identities for clients or the organization.

Optimize designs for various digital formats and screen sizes.

Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and web developers, to ensure designs align with project goals and requirements.
Interpret feedback and incorporate changes into design revisions.
Present design concepts and communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders.

Creative Problem-Solving:Analyze design challenges and propose creative solutions that meet project objectives.
Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Adapt design approaches to different target audiences and project requirements.

Quality Control and File Management:Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality standards in all design deliverables.
Organize and maintain digital files, including source files, graphics, and assets.
Prepare designs for print or digital production, considering specifications and technical requirements.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
