**Location**: Noida

**Qualification**:

- **Education**: Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-6 months of professional experience as a graphic designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus.
- Video editing or animation skills (preferred but not required).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with project objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and ensure designs align with the company's style and voice.
- Design assets for social media platforms, websites, and digital ads, ensuring all visuals are optimized for web and mobile viewing.
- Create motion graphics or short animations as required, enhancing engagement on digital platforms.
- Prepare print-ready designs for packaging, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with printing vendors, ensuring accuracy in color, layout, and formatting for print projects.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand style, including logos, typography, color palettes, and overall visual tone.
- Update and evolve brand assets to reflect new directions or product launches.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from the creative team and stakeholders, revising designs as necessary.
- Maintain organized files and manage the digital asset library.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
- Continuously develop creative skills and suggest new design approaches to improve user engagement and brand recognition.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
