**Functional Job Title**:Liasoning Executive**Department**:Finance and Accounts**Job Summary (Why does this Job Exist?)**:To support; lookafter and resolve various issues with Government and other parties by adopting appropriate liasioning methods within the time frame and with less cost.**Minimum Quailfication**:Graduation/Post-graduation - Preferably a law graduate.**Experience**:2-5 years of experience in a related role**"Minimum Competencies (Knowledge and Skills)"**:Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports Business Acumen (Market understanding / knowledge) Financial Acumen the liasioning person should always give importance to achieve benefit to the Organisation only in any type of liason.**Behavioral Competencies**:Communication Proficiency in English;Hindi & Telugu Knack to perform well under pressure in dynamic and competitive environment Negotiation Skills and Influencing Skill / Persuasion Skills**Preferred Competencies**:Adept in dealing with personnel of Government/Semi-Government and Private entities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Government/Semi-Government and Private entities. Excellent in Techno-commercial Negotiations Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information Responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions & approvals from Govt and other authorities / entities.**Primary Roles**:Expert liaising with Govt. and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals/sanctions/clearances and NOC's. Handle various types of proposal submissions for obtaining necessary approvals and NOC's from GOVT bodies and other authorities Timely follow-up with the respective internal departments to get required information for onward sumbission. To Co-ordinate with legal department and get necessary documents;undertakings; Affidavits; Indemnity Bonds required to be furnished to Statutory Authorities. To Co-ordinate with Registration Department to present documents for registration and do all related works.**Other Duties and Responsibilities**:Other administrative works in support to the Administration/Legal/Statutory/sales domains.
