We are looking for an AutoCAD draftsman to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design commercial kitchens using AutoCAD and Revit
- Coordinate MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for kitchen equipment and MEP systems
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective project delivery
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial kitchen design and MEP coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent design, drafting, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and project management skills

**Preferred** **Qualifications**:

- Certification in MEP engineering or a related field
- Experience with construction management software
- Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment suppliers and contractors
