**Job/Role** :            Sales Operations Executive.

**Experience** :       2-4 yrs

**Preference** :       Work experience with any Large / Medium ICT Distributor or any Large/Medium ICT System Integrator

**Qualification** :   Commerce Graduate with Accounting & Business Administration specialization

**Requirements**:

- Awareness of the ICT distribution ecosystem.
- Knowledge & Exposure to key ICT distribution processes
- Good & pleasant communication skills, in multiple languages, if possible.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent knowledge & relationship with Channel Partner hierarchy & the key
- Effectively manage and execute transactions
- Knowledge & Exposure to various Indirect Taxation
- Good relationship with Vendor reps
- Good working Knowledge of Excel, Word & ERP specifically SAP B1/S4 Hana

**Key responsibilities**:

- Align with the Region / Channel Category’s strategy at the regional / category level
- Maintain & constantly update databases of the Channel Partners. Pcs,
- Develop excellent relationships with the Channel partner’s Acct Mgt, Procurement, Accounts Receivable team.
- Knowledge of Channel Partners’ documentation process, Handling Channel partner portals for uploading data & documents.
- Ensure excellent TAT on Quotes, Sales Order processing, Purchase Order updates, material movements, Invoicing, Deliveries & PODs
- First level, Constant & Aggressive follow ups on PDCs, PODs, Payments, COF & TDS Certificates.
- Awareness of operating all types of payment options - PDC, CDC, RTGS, LC, BG, CG, Escrow etc.
- Aggressively follow up on unordered Quotes until receipt of Purchase Orders from Channel Partners.
- Constantly engage in Commercial discussion with Vendors & Channel partners for increasing margins per transaction.
- Ensure timely closure of all accounting entries in the books that can adversely hamper Organization / Individual’s earnings.

Support the Field sales team to achieve set targets in terms of Revenue, Profitability and Payments.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
