**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and ARC processes on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Set up and operate welding machines and equipment according to job specifications.
- Carry out proper joint preparation, tack welding, and final welding.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
- Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing operations as needed.
- Follow safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE and fire safety practices.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with fitters and fabricators to complete assemblies.
- Report any defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the supervisor.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI/Diploma in Welding or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a fabrication or metalworking environment.
- Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and capable of handling workshop tools and materials.
- Basic knowledge of metallurgy and welding standards (e.g., AWS, ASME) is an advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certified welder.
- Experience in structural steel or custom metal fabrication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
