Job Description: Video Editor - Wedding Industry

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Edit wedding videos with a focus on capturing the emotion, essence, and storytelling of the event.
- Work with raw footage, color grading, sound mixing, and adding effects to enhance the final output.
- Collaborate closely with clients and the production team to meet their vision and expectations.
- Maintain a consistent editing style while adapting to different client preferences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in wedding videography and editing techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, specifically in the wedding industry.
- Advanced proficiency in *Final Cut Pro* and *Adobe Premiere Pro*.
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio synchronization, and transitions.
- Ability to work creatively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with additional tools like After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Familiarity with various video formats and codecs.
- Portfolio showcasing wedding video projects is highly desirable.
