**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing and responsive **websites** tailored for **US clients and audiences**.
- Create **UI/UX designs** using **Figma**, ensuring high-quality and consistent design standards.
- Develop creative **flyers, brochures, and promotional materials** for campaigns.
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest **web design trends**, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of professional experience in web and graphic design.
- Proven experience designing **US-based websites** or working with **international clients**.
- Strong proficiency in **Figma**, **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)**, and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of **UI/UX principles**, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Attention to detail with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working closely with **web developers** or familiarity with **HTML/CSS basics**.
- Understanding of **brand design consistency** across multiple digital platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
