**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all agricultural operations, including planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting.
- Develop and implement innovative farming techniques to maximize yield and quality.
- Lead the development and maintenance of hydroponics and polyhouse systems.
- Monitor plant health, pest control, and disease management to ensure optimal crop production.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule planting, harvesting, and other farming activities.
- Manage and mentor a team of agricultural staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of cultivation activities, crop performance, and inventory management.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in fruit farming technologies and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fruit farming, with a preference for expertise in strawberries.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in hydroponics and polyhouse farming methods.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality agricultural produce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving challenges.
