**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cutting and Stitching**:

- Cut fabric and stitch FIBC bags accurately using industrial sewing machines.
- Ensure the bags are stitched as per the required specifications and quality standards.
- **Bag Assembly**:

- Assemble various components of the FIBC, including loops, liners, and inlets/outlets.
- Handle different types of stitching like lock stitch, overlock, and chain stitch.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect finished bags for defects and ensure they meet customer requirements.
- Repair defective bags as needed.
- **Production Efficiency**:

- Maintain production targets and timelines.
- Minimize material wastage and improve efficiency during the tailoring process.
- **Machine Maintenance**:

- Operate and maintain sewing machines, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Report machine malfunctions to supervisors for timely repair.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**:

- Follow workplace safety guidelines, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Previous experience as a tailor, preferably in **FIBC or industrial bag manufacturing**.
- Familiarity with industrial sewing machines (e.g., single-needle, double-needle, overlock).
- Ability to read and understand measurements and production instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physical fitness to handle fabric and operate machines for extended hours.

- Proficiency in industrial sewing and stitching techniques.
- Ability to identify and rectify stitching or assembly defects.
- Good time management and production focus.
- Teamwork and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
