Collection Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff in the collections department.
- Develop training materials, manuals, job aids, and modules tailored to collection practices and customer communication.
- Conduct regular training sessions on updated policies, compliance standards (such as FDCPA, RBI, etc.), tools, and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with the operations and quality team to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
- Coach and mentor collection agents on negotiation, objection handling, and call etiquette.
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and performance improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance regulations.
- Participate in calibration sessions and audit feedback to ensure consistency and quality in collections.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or Communications).
- Minimum [2] years of experience in collections and at least [4] years in a training role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of collection processes, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple training batches and adapt to different learning styles.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with dialer systems, CRM, or collection software is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in training & development
- Experience in BPO/KPO or banking/fintech collections.
