We at PW (PhysicsWallah)are seeking knowledgeable and experienced Teaching Associates for School of Business having good knowledge in teaching and curriculum development.

Job Position: Teaching Associate for School of Business
No of Positions: 4 (1 each for Strategy, Marketing, Finance and Economics)
Location: Delhi NCR/Bangalore
Qualification: MBA or PGDM or equivalent master’s degree in business/management or allied business disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Course Support:

- Assist faculty in preparing course materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Help manage online learning platforms and ensure that course content is up-to-date and accessible.
2. Student Engagement:

- Provide academic support to students by conducting study sessions, workshops, and review sessions.
3. Curriculum Development:

- Collaborate with faculty to review and refine course curriculum, learning objectives, and assessment
methods.
4. Grading and Assessment:

- Assist in grading assignments, exams, and projects following established guidelines and rubrics.
5. Administrative Tasks:

- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance records, tracking student progress, and generating reports as required.

Essentials:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with faculty, students, and staff.
- Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes, including learning management systems and multimedia tools.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented startup environment.
- Previous teaching assistant or related experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
