**Position**: Telecaller
**Department**: Sales and Collections
**Reports to**: Manager
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales (if sales-oriented role).
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide feedback to the management regarding customer needs, queries, and competition.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Representative
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Bengali
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Persuasive, energetic, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
**Work Conditions**:
- Location: Esplanande, Kolkata
- Working Hours: [Office timings, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM]
- Compensation: [Salary range + TA+ Bonus
