**Role**:

- Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Enquiry/Quotation in ERP on the basis of Sales team instructions.
- Submission of quotation to the client.
- Keeping tracks of all the leads and updating of their status in ERP.
- Sales order generation in ERP and submission of the same to project management team.
- Creating order acknowledgement and submission of the same to the client.
- Assisting sales to perform their task by keeping them posted about delivery status of the booked orders.
- Follow-up with client for on time payment release.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Analyse data and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and trade shows
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
