**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness in both commercial and residential settings.
- Handle floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks and facilities maintenance as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide porter services by assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and techniques is a plus.
- Experience in floor care and maintenance tasks is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of residential painting or industrial cleaning processes is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
