**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of our social media accounts
- Create and publish compelling and captivating posts across various social media platforms, effectively promoting our brand and engaging our audience
- Collaborate closely with the designers, content writers and marketing team
- Utilize online schedulers to effectively plan and schedule social media posts for optimal reach and impact
- Foster an active and engaged online community by initiating meaningful conversations, responding to audience comments, and building strong relationships
- Analyze social media analytics to evaluate campaign performance, extract insights, and recommend optimizations for future initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, trends, and offerings of social media platforms to maximize our online presence

**Desired Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role, ideally for a minimum of 3 years.
- Proficiency in utilizing leading social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest to drive engagement and reach
- Understanding of supportive platforms such as Quora, Reddit, Medium, etc.
- Operational understanding of quick design platforms like Canva
- Efficiency in coming up with innovative ideas for reels and recording them to create captivating and engaging content
- Possess strong copywriting skills to create captivating and influential content that connects with a wide range of audiences
- Solid understanding of social media advertising strategies and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively

- Work from office only

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
