**CCTV Service Technician**:
**Location** : All Over Tamil Nadu

**Job Type** : Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**: Install CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and cabling, at various client sites.
- **Maintenance and Repair**: Perform routine maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal operation of CCTV systems.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CCTV equipment and software.
- **Customer Training**: Instruct clients on the proper use and maintenance of their CCTV systems.
- **System Upgrades**: Upgrade existing CCTV systems and components to enhance performance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all installations and services comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience as a CCTV technician or in a similar technical role.
- **Skills**: Strong technical skills in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- **Knowledge**: Proficiency with various CCTV systems, including analog and IP-based systems.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- **Education**: Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or electrical, security systems, or a related field is preferred.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and work in various environmental conditions.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
