**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Sale Invoice Processing
- Checking of Sale Summary as per Invoice on Monthly basis.
- Data Preparation for GST Return.
- Bank Reconciliation on Daily Basis
- Book Keeping
- Transporter Payment
- Post Outstanding for Customers on weekly basis
- Debit/Credit Notes approvals & Posting in Party Group.
- Miscellaneous Banking Activities
- Posting of Bank Receipt as per party conditions
- Arrangement of Cheque Deposit
- Correspondence_
- Issue petty cash to the concerned process heads as per their requirement.
- Check vouchers and supports as per compliance and post accordingly.
- Documentation and File keeping accordingly.
- All Account Receivables.
- Debit/Credit Note Report
- Account confirmation with Debtors
- **Other Accounts Work as per Business Contingency.**
- **Minimum 4-5 years of Work Experice in Accounts Process in Manufacturing Unit + Trading Co.**:
