**Roles and Responsibilities**

The roles and responsibilities include:

- 1. Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media

2. Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design

3. Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

4. Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques

5. Incorporate changes recommended senior designers or art directors into final designs

6. Ensure final video edits are visually appealing, on-brand, error-free and consistent

7. Review final productions for errors and ensure that final ones fulfil the user specs

8. Make creative adaptations, support senior designers and project managers for the marketing collateral's

9. Understand Organization, its mission, vision and values, its brands and structure

11. Familiarize with the brand proposition and its language, design elements

12. Collaborate with fellow content team members on various projects and tasks

13. Collaborate/liaise with Design team members to get the communication completed

14. Be up-to date with current copy and communication trend and culture

15. Able to give timelines for the task and ensure to meet the set timelines

The communication needs to be created for Digital & non-digital media with special emphasis on Digital Media (Social media)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
