**Role Overview**:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead at Utkarsh Global Foundation, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across functional and field roles. You’ll build sustainable talent pipelines, drive process efficiency, and partner with leadership to attract passionate, purpose-driven professionals aligned with our community development mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning**
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored for nonprofit, educational, and field-based roles.
- Own and manage the complete recruitment life cycle - from requisition to onboarding.

**Sourcing & Pipeline Management**
- Build and nurture a proactive talent pipeline through job boards, social media, NGOs, and community networks.
- Liaise with institutions, CSR networks, and volunteer forums for recruitment partnerships.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Act as a recruitment advisor to hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination across interview panels.

**Team Leadership**
- Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters (if applicable).
- Review performance metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and TATs.
- Drive recruitment process discipline and documentation.

**Reporting & Compliance**
- Maintain hiring dashboards and track key metrics like TAT, offer-drop, and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and relevant employment laws.
- Collaborate with HR Ops for background checks, documentation, and onboarding readiness.

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BPO, education, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors.
- Proven experience in volume and quality hiring across diverse roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment analytics, and digital sourcing tools.
- Passion for social impact and community work will be an added advantage.
