**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products/services
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for call volume and sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Language(s)]
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (1 year or less) is a plus

Work Environment: This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be provided with the necessary equipment and tools to perform your duties efficiently. Regular communication with the team and reporting to the supervisor will be conducted through virtual channels.
