**Key Responsibilities**:
Should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Travel to various branches to provide support, training, and to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in same domain or from Bank/Insurance sector.
- Proven track record in sales coordination and team handling.
- Exceptional team management and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various branches.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
