**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and work procedures.
- Fit and assemble parts and components to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment to perform fitting operations.
- Inspect and test completed units to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during the fitting process, recommending improvements or solutions.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Fitter.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or diploma is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
