## **Job Overview**:
## **Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Pitch and promote products/services, and explain benefits to customers.
- Answer inquiries, handle objections, and provide relevant information about the product or service.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Maintain a database of customers and update it regularly with feedback and call logs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers for future sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet organizational goals.
## **Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills in [local language(s) and English].
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferable but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
