**Key Responsibilities:Cashier Duties**:

- Manage cash, card, and digital transactions efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges accurately.
- Reconcile the cash register and prepare daily sales reports.
- Monitor and maintain petty cash and related records.

**Administrative and Supervisory Duties**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and support staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct daily briefings with staff and ensure proper grooming and uniform standards.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters, attendance, and leave schedules.
- Monitor staff productivity and suggest training or performance improvements as needed.

**Customer Service and Hygiene Monitoring**:

- Ensure customers are greeted warmly and complaints are addressed professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, including the kitchen and dining area.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and guide staff on hygiene, safety, and customer service protocols.

**Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages.
- Maintain records of inventory and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Ensure smooth operation of all restaurant activities, including kitchen and front-of-house.
- Monitor the overall performance of the team and restaurant.
- Analyze customer feedback to implement service improvements.
- Report operational performance and any concerns to the management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality or business administration is a plus).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or café.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on hygiene and safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month
