1) Design & manufacturing of all types of products, which requires 3D & 2D designing

2) 5S in all the areas of tool room.

3) Oversee all work through the tool room. cost effectively, and ensure that all target dates for new projects will meet.

4) Strict adherence to safety, 0 Accidents.

5) Departmental Continual Improvements.

6) Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of Employees.

7) Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department,

8) Maximize the use of all resources, including IT and database for maintaining the documents & history of tools.

9) Responsibility for the management of all Design activities including Request for Quotations (RFQs), Design freeze release, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Design Verification/Product Validation (DV & PV) testing and Computer-aided engineering (CAE).

10) Maintain and approve all types of requisitions in Business central

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
