**Key Responsibilities**

**Documentation Management**: Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per visa requirements and embassy guidelines

**Client Communication**: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding visa processes, requirements, and timelines

**Embassy Liaison**: Coordinate with Australian and New Zealand consulates and immigration authorities

**Required Qualifications**

**Education**: Graduate in any discipline
**Communication**: Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
**Specialization**: Knowledge of Australia/New Zealand immigration processes preferred
**Skills**: Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and client service orientation
