**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Design**:

- Research fashion trends and create seasonal mood boards and themes
- Design ethnic and fusion wear using handwoven/khadi fabrics
- Develop sketches, technical drawings, and sample specs
- Coordinate with tailors/artisans for sampling and final production
- Ensure designs align with the brand’s sustainable and cultural ethos

**Merchandising**:

- Plan and manage production timelines and inventory
- Liaise with suppliers, artisans, and fabric vendors
- Monitor stock levels and manage reorders of best-sellers
- Coordinate with marketing for new collection launches
- Maintain product catalogues and assist in pricing strategy

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or Apparel Merchandising
- 2+ years of experience in fashion design and/or merchandising
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, and production process
- Passion for Indian têxtiles and sustainable fashion
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
