**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality and consistency in taste and presentation.
- **Menu Execution**: Follow recipes and menu plans; adjust ingredients and portion sizes as needed based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- **Kitchen Operations**: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- **Ingredient Management**: Manage inventory of kitchen supplies, including ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and timely service.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes; address any issues or inconsistencies promptly.
- **Customer Service**: Address any special requests or dietary needs of customers with professionalism and care.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-7 years of experience as a cook or chef in a similar setting.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines, including knowledge of food safety practices.
- **Education**: Formal culinary training or relevant experience is preferred.
- **Attributes**: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
