**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership for academic planning, program development, and curriculum improvement
- Supervise and support academic departments, faculty, and staff
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
- Promote a student-centered learning environment and uphold academic integrity
- Oversee faculty recruitment, evaluations, and professional development
- Collaborate with other departments to support enrollment, retention, and graduation goals
- Lead innovation in teaching, assessment, and academic technology integration
- Develop and manage the academic affairs budget

**Qualifications**:

- Doctorate (PhD, EdD) in Education or a relevant academic field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive academic leadership experience
- Strong background in curriculum development, accreditation, and faculty management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with regional education regulations and accreditation bodies (especially in the UAE/GCC region preferred)

Pay: ₹29,095.26 - ₹122,217.93 per month
