**Key Responsibility**
- Should able to manage complete nursing department with cost effective approach.
- Ensure the high quality of nursing services
- Create and maintain standards of care
- Use planning strategies to balance efficient and optimal patient care
- Monitor quality initiatives and improvement
- Review reports and communicate issues with other hospital leadership
- Assist with budgeting
- Ensure compliance with national regulations

**Qualifications and Work Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree preferred in Nursing.**
- **Minimum of 10-15 years of experience** in patient care services management required.
- Prior experience as a Chief Nursing Officer preferred..
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations
- Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information
- Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
