**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and well-structured Physics lessons for Grades 11 and 12 (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Design and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and NEP 2020 guidelines.
- Use digital tools and simulations to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Conduct practical lab sessions and guide project-based learning.
- Evaluate and monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development and academic planning.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of Samacheer curriculum and board exam patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using smart classroom technology and online teaching platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
