Key Responsibilities:*
- Formulate and develop new skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products in accordance with brand guidelines and market trends.
- Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and formulations to enhance product efficacy and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, research and development, and manufacturing to ensure product concepts align with brand strategy and consumer needs.
- Perform stability testing, compatibility testing, and other necessary evaluations to ensure product safety and efficacy.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of formulas, testing results, and regulatory compliance records.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards pertaining to cosmetic products.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners on product formulation and related matters.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new product concepts and improvements to existing products.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product development and manufacturing processes.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
