We are looking for a **Social Media Marketing Specialist** with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands, to **build and grow our social media presence from the ground up**.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop a social media launch and growth strategy for PMARK across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & more
- Set up and manage our social media handles, brand voice, and visual identity
- Plan and execute engaging content around men’s ethnic fashion: photoshoots, reels, styling tips, BTS, festivals, etc.
- Collaborate with creative teams for model shoots, lookbooks, and campaign visuals
- Run performance-driven paid campaigns to build community and drive traffic
- Track analytics, prepare reports, and optimize strategy based on insights
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand values

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of results
- Deep understanding of ethnic fashion, menswear trends, and audience preferences
- Proven ability to set up and scale brand pages from scratch
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense for premium fashion branding
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, paid promotions, and influencer strategy
- Bonus: Hands-on with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar content tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
