Helper/laborer

**Job Purpose**:
To assist in the operation and maintenance of the extrusion line in the rubber manufacturing process, ensuring smooth production flow, cleanliness, and safety on the shop floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the extrusion machine operator in setup and operation of rubber extrusion machines.
- Load raw rubber compounds and other materials into hoppers or conveyors.
- Monitor the extrusion process and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Remove finished products and carry them to the designated area or packaging section.
- Perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment and work area.
- Ensure tools and materials are properly organized and available.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.
- Maintain quality standards by inspecting extruded rubber for defects.
- Label and record production data as instructed.
- Comply with company policies related to hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
