Architectural Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist senior architects in all phases of architectural projects including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Work with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients and contractors.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an architectural firm.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
**Software Requirements**:
- AutoCAD
- Sketchup
- V-Ray/Lumion
- Photoshop
