We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Officer specializing in UK admissions to join our team, ensuring efficient processes, effective communication, and high-quality support for applicants.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Application Assessments**:

- Ensure timely and accurate handling of all assessments specific to UK admissions.

**Documentation and Verification**:
**Customer Support**:

- Address and resolve issues or concerns professionally to uphold a high level of service.

**Portal Proficiency and Data Management**:

- Stay updated on new features and updates to the Daltin AI Portal and utilize them effectively.

**Operational Coordination and Improvement**:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in admissions processes and resolve any potential bottlenecks.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the overall admissions experience.

**Training and Development**:

- Assist in training new team members on UK admissions processes and platform usage.
- Share best practices and updates on admissions procedures to ensure team-wide consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 1+ year of experience in admissions for UK institutions or programs, ideally within an overseas education platform or agency.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of organizational capability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
