**Role Description**:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region for a School Principal. The School Principal will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading educational programs, managing the staff, building partnerships, and engaging with the community.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational leadership and Middle School expertise
- Experience in curriculum development and education
- Superior communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and parents
- A track record of implementing effective educational programs and strategies
- An ability to demonstrate experience in school administration, budget management, and personnel oversight
- A Master's degree in Education or similar field is required.
- Experience of teaching CBSE Curriculum as TGT/PGT (mandatory)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the school vision and development plan are effective and pertinent to the schools overall goal.
- Provide pedagogic leadership to advance proven teaching and learning practices.
- Create an organization structure that reflects the schools values, and enables the management systems, structures, and processes to work effectively in line with CBSE/state Ministry requirements and by adopting the appropriate policies.
- Produce and implement clear, evidence-based improvement plans and policies for the development of the school and its facilities.
- Manage the schools human resources in keeping with the school policies in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in achieving the schools educational goals and priorities.
- Recruit and deploy staff appropriately and manage their workload to achieve the vision and goals of the school.
- Ensure qualifications of new staff meet CBSE guidelines.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of students and staff.
- Develop suitable quality assurance systems, including school review, self-evaluation and performance management and present a coherent, understandable, and accurate account of the schools performance at board meetings and to the CBSE when required.
