**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to service calls received from customers, providing efficient and professional tyre services.
- Carry your own kits from the nearest FlatsFixer centre to the customer's location.
- Perform puncture repairs, tyre replacements, and other related services as requested by the customer.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing guidance and recommendations on tyre maintenance and care.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tyre Technician, possessing expertise in puncture repairs, tyre replacements, and related services.
- Strong knowledge of different tyre types, brands, and sizes.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Availability to work on-call and willingness to be available at various times, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach customer locations.
- Flexibility to choose your preferred work location within our service area.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
