Role - Supervisor Foreman, Glass Forming

Glass blowers are responsible for creating a wide range of glass products. They use specialized equipment to shape, mold, and form molten glass into everything from drinking glasses to light fixtures.

Role & Responsibilities
- Inspecting the glass for defects and cutting it accordingly before it is blown into a shape
- Blowing glass into desired shapes using specialized tools such as blowpipes, punchers, and marvers
- Inspecting the quality of the finished product for defects such as scratches or bubbles, in order to determine whether it can be sold or must be remelted
- Inspecting glassblowing equipment such as furnaces, annealing ovens, and annealing lehr machines to ensure that they are working properl
- Supervising operations related to manufacture of glass
- Ensuring that the ongoing production is as per the required specifications
- Keeping kilns and appliances in working order
- Maintaining production chart and prescribed records
- Knowledge of all the safety measures involved in glass manufacturing
- Knowledge of blowing, drawing, rolling, cutting and grinding glass
- Need to handle a team of workers
- Computer knowledge must

**Salary**: From ₹10,977.17 per month
