**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven **Social Media Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to help implement online campaigns, track performance, and ensure our brand's voice is consistent across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Create and curate engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, blogs) for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- **Campaign Execution**: Manage and run social media campaigns, promotions, contests, and collaborations to drive traffic and engagement.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms, building a positive and engaged community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices to improve the brand’s presence and content.
- **Brand Voice & Consistency**: Ensure that all social media posts align with the company’s brand voice and guidelines.
- **Paid Advertising**: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and the broader marketing team, to execute integrated marketing campaigns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
