**Location: Mumbai (Frequent travel to multiple locations)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings in compliance with municipal and statutory regulations.
- Liaise with municipal authorities, consultants, and government departments for plan submissions, approvals, and NOCs.
- Coordinate with internal design, planning, and engineering teams for alignment with municipal requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and development control regulations.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for building permits, fire NOC, environmental clearances, and other statutory approvals.
- Conduct site visits to multiple locations to verify construction adherence to approved plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in municipal rules, regulations, and development control norms.
- Assist in preparing master plans, GFC drawings, and detailed working drawings as per project needs.
- Collaborate with urban planners and consultants to ensure smooth progression of township projects.

**Job Expectations**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in handling inter-municipal approvals and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of DCR (Development Control Regulations), bye-laws, and other municipal norms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for dealing with authorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and architectural design software.
- Willingness to travel frequently between Mumbai and Lonavala project sites.

**Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; Council of Architecture registration mandatory.

**Minimum Job Experience**: 3-8 years of experience in municipal architecture, preferably in large-scale residential or township projects

**Reporting to**: CMD

**Travel**: Frequent Travelling Required
